Spark Cake

INGREDIENTS:
1 box of angel food cake
3 servings of Spark
Powdered sugar
Vanilla Muscle Gain​

DIRECTIONS:
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Add Spark and mix.
Then simply bake as directed on the box!​
FOR GLAZE:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl to taste..
Make a little thin so that it will drizzle down the cake!

Protein Clusters

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of natural peanut/almond butter
1 cup of raw honey
4 scoops of chocolate Muscle Gain
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

DIRECTIONS:
Blend oats and almonds to make a powder.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Scoop and roll dough on to a cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
ENJOY!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie​

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1 scoop Vanilla Muscle Gain
1 1/2 teaspoon flax seed (optional)
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/2 cup frozen strawberries

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, banana, Muscle Gain, flax seed, honey and strawberries until smooth.​

 

Muscle Gain Spark Pie

Muscle Gain Mousse

INGREDIENTS:
2 packages Jell-O Mousse Temptations
(1 package includes 6 jello cups)
3-4 scoops Chocolate Muscle Gain

DIRECTIONS:

Mix jello-o mousse and Muscle Gain together in a bowl
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Enjoy!​

Orange Spark Dip

 

INGREDIENTS:

​2 pouches or 2 scoops Pink Lemonade or Mandarin Orange SPARK
1/4 c lemon OR lime juice- boiling hot
1 small package lemon or lime jello gelatin
21/4 c of fat free greek vanilla yogurt
1 heaping scoop of Vanilla muscle Gain
1 low-fat graham cracker crust
​1 container fat free whipped cream

DIRECTIONS:

Microwave lemon juice in bowl, stir in lemon gelatin and SPARK until dissolved/ Stir in greek yogurt and Muscle Gain. Fold in sugar free whipped cream, pour into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours, or freeze.

 

INGREDIENTS:
18oz. brick of cream cheese, softened
1 tub fat free cool whip
2 scoops Mandarin Orange Spark
2 scoops Vanilla Muscle Gain

DIRECTIONS:

Fold together cream cheese and cool whip.
Add the Mandarin Orange Spark and Vanilla Muscle Gain.

Chill for 1 hour.
Serve with fresh fruit pieces of your choice.​​
